All images used must be licensed by me via purchase of a license either by downloading my artsets from my website or purchase a cd containing my artwork or by paying a license fee to become a member with access to my art. By downloading or opening the cd you are automatically agreeing to my terms of use and failure to abide by these will result in legal action!!

I stictly prohibit use of my art and graphics on any website as the webpage graphics either in whole or in part or as a downloadable item or any other means to make it available other than explained in these terms.

They may not be used as stationery email or shared in groups via email or making available in any means to share. "You" the one paying the license fee are the only one allowed to use this art according to these terms! You may use the art and graphics if "YOU" the purchaser wish to print out items using the graphics such terms as stationery, envelopes, recipe cards, shopping lists, to do lists, greeting cards, banners, flyers, notecards, -shirt transfers, gift items, books, to sell to others either on a website or through the mail or at craft fairs. You must have printed my art on a craft project or stationery item and sell the item, not my art. In other words, small home businesses may use them this way. Just be sure that you have printed my website url on each and every piece where my art appears. Give credit where it is due. Please do not share these graphics with others. I strictly prohibit the redistribution of my artwork to anyone in any form whatsoever except as stated in these terms of use. I have taken a tremendous amount of time to create these pieces of art. Please do not alter my graphics in any way, shape or form, except to resize them for printing or adding a text on certain items.
